How to Communicate with Your Mentors

When you have questions about anything, please reach out to your mentors. We never want you to feel that you are alone in this business. No matter what your experience level, we are always going to be here for you!

There are multiple ways to communicate with us: 

  1. Direct message us on Slack. This is faster than texting because we are often on the phone with clients or carriers.
  2. Create a message in the Slack channel #911-i-need-help-now, if it is an emergency. For example, you are in the middle of an appointment and need immediate assistance. (You can call or text us too, but you may be on the phone with the client.)
  3. Schedule a 30-minute phone call or zoom with us by clicking the “Schedule Team Support Call” Button below. Use this for learning how to build out policy options for your appointments or any other time you need a longer time period to chat with us. This helps us to be available for you with no other distractions. We will spend more than 30 minutes with you if you need more time and our schedule allows. 
  4. You will also have our cell phone numbers and email addresses as a back up way to get in touch with us.
