We are currently seeking individuals to fill multiple remote life insurance agent positions with an unparalleled opportunity to build a business with unlimited growth potential.  If you are a Licensed Life Insurance Agent, we may be able proceed directly to contracting.  If you do not currently have a license, we can assist you in obtaining one in the state in which you reside.  

This opportunity will allow the right individuals the ability to grow a business as a Remote Life Insurance Agent from the ground up.  You will be provided every resource necessary to build an agency that will be vested to you day one and can be willed to generations to come and truly build a legacy for your family.  This is an ENTREPRENEURIAL opportunity with an incredible, uncapped commission structure that is not a good fit for “job seekers”.  

As a Remote Life Insurance Agent, the growth of your business will directly reflect the time, effort and discipline that you invest in becoming a successful agent.  In order to cultivate this success, we offer an award-winning training platform which is unmatched in our industry.  This training will help you understand exactly what the position entails and best practices that will propel you to an elite producer IF you are coachable, trainable and attainable.  

Successful Agents:
  • Complete On-Boarding Training. This process outlines the operational SOP’s which will drive daily activities such as Phone Scripts, Scheduling Appointments, Case Prep, Effective Virtual Appointment practices, Presentations, Effective Closing Techniques and Follow up. 
  • Research, learn and at some point, teach Multiple Insurance Carrier Products in order to be prepared to make appropriate recommendations and grow your team.
  • Attend weekly National and Team Virtual (and in some cases, In Person) meetings.
  • Use effective Time Management daily to maximize Work/Life Balance.

Requirements:

  • MUST BE A UNITED STATES CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT ALIEN WITH PROPER DOCUMENTATION
  • State Issued Life and Health Insurance License (If currently unlicensed, we will assist in obtaining a License)
  • Must have a working computer with available internet connection
 

Position Types:

  • Professional – Full Time
  • Transitional – Part Time
  • Gig Economy– Spare Time
 

Income Breakdown:

Agent income is directly dependent on time, effort and activity invested in your business. The following illustration is based on a high level of agent activity and input.  

  • Full time: 35-40 hours per week may generate $5,000-$10,000 per month.
  • Part time: 15-35 hours per week may generate $2,000-$5,000 per month.
  • Spare time: 8-15 hours per week may generate $500-$2,000 per month.

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
